빠르게 변화하는 현대사회 속에서 여가 및 스포츠는 빠른 속도로 대중화가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 마당에 사회체육전공자들은 다양한 레저스포츠 종목들을 경험할 필요성을 갖게 된다. 따라서 본 과정에서는 새로운 실기종목 혹은 실기 능력배양이 조금 더 필요한 종목에 대한 경험과 기술습득을 위한 과정으로 구성된다.

In our rapidly evolving society, community sports have become popular. At this point, people majoring in community sports need to experience various leisure sports. Thus, this course aims at experiencing and acquiring more practical techniques and ability in this area.
