효율적인 운동을 수행하는데 필수적인 마사지 기법을 습득하여, 이를 아동의 정상적인 성장과 노인의 기초 체력유지 및 운동 상해 예방에 활용할 수 있도록 한다. 테이핑을 이용하여 스포츠 손상을 예방하고, 근육이나 관절을 보강해 주며, 손상 후 재활과정에서 관련 부위를 보호해 주는 기법과 방법 등을 익힌다.

Students will acquire the techniques necessary for effective exercise and apply these skills for the development and maintenance of children and senior's health. Students will learn how to protect from sports injury to muscles and joints using taping to protect the related area.
