윈드서핑을 통하여 여가활동의 확대와 신체의 중요성을 교육한다. 역풍, 순풍을 위한 세일링, 태킹, 자일링 등의 기술을 습득하여 원드서핑을 즐길 뿐 아니라 지도할 수 있는 능력을 배양한다.
